Stacking critical strike further is not efficient because of how much we get from our talents and debuffs, like Improved Insect Swarm, Improved Faerie Fire, Lunar Eclipse, Nature’s Majesty. Critical strike rating cap is 45% (buffed, in Moonkin form). Spell Power is the main stat for this build. What’s left is to get 10% (or 263 rating) from gear, gems, or other buffs. We get 7% of our talents: Balance of Power and Improved Faerie Fire. Hit -> Spell Power -> Critical Strike -> Haste -> Spirit -> IntellectĪll spells require a 17% spell hit (446 rating) for a lvl 83 boss.
